The Challenger Division is focused on inclusion, fun, and celebrating every player. In our inaugural season, participants can expect one practice and one game per week in a positive, supportive environment.

There are no boundary restrictions for this division players from any league are welcome if their home league does not currently offer Challenger. We can’t wait to kick off Year One of this amazing program!

There is a $20 early-bird discount in place through January 1st.

We would like to thank all of our outgoing Board members for their dedication to our league over the years.

This league cannot run without volunteers and those willing to dedicate their time to the Board. No one has the time, no one WANTS to do this. We all do it for the kids. Over the next year a lot of our board members will be moving on from Little League. We will need the next set of parents to step up and continue the momentum for the kids. Unfortunately currently we do not have many willing to do this. Please reach out to any of these members if you’re at all interested and we will get you on track.

Majors division played their final game of the season tonight. In an epic Rumford vs. Rumford battle which came down to the wire as usual. Kids worked hard and got better all fall. Can’t wait to see what 2026 has in store for this group! Hope to see you all next year!

This season instead of the typical district game schedule we decided to hold a minors clinic for our minors division players. It was a HUGE success. Instead of spending cold nights at the field with long innings we decided to focus our efforts on learning the basics and focusing on fundamentals and a smoother game play. Free of walks the kids all focused on hitting, pitching, fielding, & baserunning. We had many controlled scrimmages that allowed us time to pause and teach in the moment. Ran by long time coaches that are in our majors division, along with some help from 11’s & 12’s in our league. We were able to give these kids a great foundation of knowledge and fun going into the winter. Their growth in these past 8 weeks was incredible and I can’t wait to see what they bring next season.

Congratulations to Rumford Little League alum Will Haggerty on his commitment to the University of Florida. Will took the time to give some words of encouragement to our 12U team before AllStars this season. You will frequently find him playing catch on the fields or hitting in the cage with friends. If you see him make sure to congratulate him on this amazing accomplishment.
