Rocky & Archer had an awesome opportunity at the beginning of June to go to the Rough Rider Intensive Camp hosted by Terry & Troy Steiner. Way to keep working in the off season, boys!

Terry & Troy are originally from Bismarck and have had very successful wrestling careers. A few of their accomplishments include winning multiple state titles, being NCAA champions and representing the USA in international tournaments and national championships. They have been honored by the National Wrestling Hall of Fame and the North Dakota Theodore Roosevelt Rough Rider Award. Terry also has been the women's US National Coach for USA Wrestling since 2002, which includes coaching at the Olympics.

The path to the podium isn’t always perfect.

All four of our wrestlers are still competing on Day 2 of the state tournament. The backside of the bracket demands resilience — win and move on, lose and you’re done.

They’re embracing the grind and fighting for every inch toward their goal of placing at state.
