NOW'S THE TIME! Please help us at with the for local shelters - The Greene County Animal Shelter of Virginia (Local dog shelter that is small in size but BIG in heart) and Madison-Greene Humane Society (A No-Kill Cat Rescue in Greene County, VA) so we can carry on Piper's legacy of helping homeless pets in our area. We created this fundraiser a few years ago because Piper didn't want presents for herself on her birthday - she wanted her shelter friends to get them! That won't change, even though Piper is chasing golf balls in heaven now. Both shelters need food, treats, blankets, cleaning supplies, VOLUNTEERS to pet and wash the animals AND (of course) money donations. Highlands will be your drop off place for whatever you'd like to give and we're going to have a celebration at the end of the month for Piper's Birthday! PLEASE HELP MAKE "Piper's Presents" Fundraiser bigger than ever this year. She would have wanted it that way.

We CAN NOT let this day go by without wishing our sweet and wonderful Piper girl a happy heavenly birthday! We can't even express how much we miss her. Soon, we'll be asking you all to help us with Piper's Presents for local shelters The Greene County Animal Shelter of Virginia and Madison-Greene Humane Society so we can carry on Piper's legacy of helping homeless pets in our area. For now, our thoughts are on all of the wonderful times that we had with her.
