We’re hosting another Community Ruck next Saturday, April 25 at 9:30 AM at The Five01 in Rockwall. We’ll meet on the back patio before heading out for a relaxed 5K route.

Open to all ages and fitness levels — bring a backpack or weighted vest, or just come as you are.

It’s an easy way to get outside, move a bit, and connect with a great group to start the weekend.
