Meet Josie!
Assistant Teacher | LV3 Ballet Conservatory

Josephine has been part of the dance community for 12 years, developing a strong foundation and passion for ballet. As a contemporary artist, she also loves exploring movement through original choreography and creative expression.

Josie is excited to share her love of dance with the next generation of dancers. Through teaching, she hopes to create a positive and encouraging environment where students can grow in confidence, develop their artistry, and find joy in movement.

We are so excited to welcome Josie to the LV3 Ballet Conservatory as an Assistant Teacher!

Dance gives them so much more than steps, technique, and performances. 💙

It gives them the confidence to take up space.
The courage to try even when they’re nervous.
The discipline to keep going when something doesn’t come easily.
The resilience to mess up, get back up, and try again.
And friendships with people who understand just how much work happens behind the scenes.

We teach dance—but we’re also helping raise strong, confident, resilient humans along the way. 🩰✨

And THAT is what makes it worth it. 💙
