DO NOT ever buy anything from Plunge. They have by far the worst customer service of any business I have ever delt with.

I planned on buying and upgrading plunges with them every 2-3 years. Thank God I didn’t purchase a sauna from them.

She is currently our last OG 🤙🏼 left since we opened in 2019. It’s extremely rare to have a client stick with a trainer for more than 90 days, let alone 6 years.

I planned on retiring in 2026, but couldn’t because of my love of training clients like Carly. They are extremely rare to find.

Hopefully she’s still with me another 6 years! I’ll be 56 👴🏼
