Thank you Kelly Pettibone at Naka for hosting our pre-Mother's Day Event and our return to House of Yoga, Berkley. We are grateful for the opportunity to be in the space with our Sangha and heal hearts and infuse the space with lots of good energy.

🌅 Good Morning! This morning, we wake with hearts full of gratitude. Gratitude for another day of life. Gratitude for the breath that flows so naturally through us. Gratitude for the sunrise that arrives faithfully, reminding us that every ending brings a new beginning.

In mindfulness practice, we learn that gratitude transforms how we meet each day. When we begin the morning by noticing what we already have—rather than what we lack—peace settles into our hearts.

This morning, may we all take one mindful moment to feel grateful. Grateful for this breath. Grateful for this body that carries us. Grateful for the people who love us. Grateful for the simple gift of being here, now, alive.

Today is going to be our peaceful day.
May you and all beings be well, happy and at peace. 🙏
