Team Placements are coming up and we couldn’t be more excited to kick off another incredible season at Empact ❤️🖤

At Empact, everyone makes a team no experience required this is all about finding the right fit, building confidence, and creating something special together.

📅 Team Placement Evaluations: May 19th–20th
📍 All athletes interested in All-Star teams must attend. Please attend it during your designated age time.

📣 Parent Meeting: May 8th @ 6:00 PM
📣 Clinics: May 11th & 13th (strongly recommended!)

Chuck Norris, a martial artist and actor best known for his role in the long-running television series “Walker, Texas Ranger,” has died at the age of 86, his family announced.

Thank you Grand Master Marlo Dagpin, Grand Master Rhea Mantos - Dagpin , and your advanced/blackbelt students for coming to the Roy gym to hold an MOD Blackbelt and advanced class training. We do not get to see all the other blackbelt students often enough and this type of training brings all our Blackbelts together. I know my students enjoyed the training and seeing you and the other students, as did I. I look forward to the next one! We are coming to you! !
