First green marked and burned, 17'x21'. Looking for 4.25 pvc pipe to use as cups and 1/2" pvc to use as flag sticks.
The goal is 8 holes for under $1500, no debt.
Love it or hate it, the end result will be a functioning pitch and putt. No debt allows me to put revenue towards improvements. My strategy.

Seriously considering the wild approach. The pitch and putt isn't designed with the country club clientele in mind. Blue collar working folks will join this club.

Lots of options and decisions to make in the coming months.
Different colored turf is cheaper, but the infill hasn't been removed. 2000 pounds versus 630 pounds for green fill removed, transportation from DFW is a consideration.
My time 🤣🤣🤣 this old house is killing me.
I need to dig out the greens and add base for drainage. 3 inches isn't much, but I'm not young.
In the meantime, killing trees that need to be removed and mowing where the first 3 holes will be constructed.

Planning continues, most greens will be about 20 feet in diameter. Aim small, miss small helps the short game.
Elevated tee boxes, 4'x7'.
We're looking to provide a fun place for families and singles to spend 90 minutes or so playing 9 holes.
What amenities would you want to see?
Disc golf? Minature golf course? Practice green? Clubhouse? Grill? Annual fee for unlimited golf?
