Explosion, Get offs, Agility drills and great hip movements. That’s great tools you need for the trenches. We Work.

Great Sand work. Have to be able to bend, flip hips, stay tight, have great hands and be explosive. If you can do it the sand you can do it on the field.

We are working. You have to be able to move in tight spaces, be able to pick your feet up and down, and be able to have great hips in the trenches. Great bag drills today.
