Did you know your bike chain wears out long before most other drivetrain parts—and if left unchecked, it can damage your cassette and chainrings too?

A worn chain:
✅ Shifts poorly
✅ Skips under load
✅ Costs more in long-term repairs

⏱️ Check it regularly – every 500–1,000 miles for road bikes, or more frequently for MTB and gravel riders. A simple chain checker tool can tell you when it’s time for a replacement (generally at 0.5–0.75% stretch).
