🔥‼️FEMALE ATHLETES‼️🔥

You’ve been fooled before…
❌ladder drills by “speed coach”
❌“speed camp”
❌“sports specific” training

All. The. Industry. BS.

It pains me to watch people, coaches, train kids and literally have no idea what they’re doing.

At BetterU Performnce we have decades of actual knowledge, relating to athletes and athletic training.

✅ our coaches were athletes, college and professionals…
✅ our coaches went to school and studied to train athletes…
✅ our coaches have been training athletes for decades…
✅ we have hundreds of kids in our program currently and many will play in college, are currently in college, and at the next level.

‼️ If you’re looking for a program that’s takes training serious and has real coaches who will push your kid to their absolute BEST, DM us the word “ATHLETE” to learn more on how to get started today!

⭐️For the committed athlete only⭐️
