Join us for our Free Book Group on November 8th at 11:00 AM as we explore First, We Make the Beast Beautiful by Sarah Wilson. Blending personal stories, philosophy, and insights from experts, Wilson reimagines anxiety not as something to conquer, but as an experience that can lead us toward deeper understanding and connection. Together, we’ll reflect on how we navigate uncertainty, embrace life’s imperfections, and find beauty in the midst of struggle.

Our Resonance Meditation Certification program allows you to dive deep into your own authentic mantra meditation practice and also learn to teach this transformative, nourishing technique to others. All graduates will receive a Resonance Meditation Certification from Soul Strong Yoga, which is a Registered Yoga Alliance School. Graduates receive both a certificate (paper and electronic) and an electronic seal (which they may use on their websites, social media, email signatures, etc.)

Dates: January 14 – April 22, 2027
12 in-person Thursday evenings, 6:00 p.m. – 8:15 p.m.
