Arlington Heights Cross Country

Arlington Heights Cross Country Hard work beats talent when talent doesn't work hard! The Arlington Height's Cross Country team is hard at work. The races are 5K (3.1 miles) each. GO JACKETS!!

Summer practices began in June with early morning runs ranging from 3 to 13 miles per practice! Head coach, Lauren Wrzesinski, along with assistant coach, Aaron Muhammad, have been working hard with the runners this summer! The determination of these runners can be seen each week as many of them achieve new PR's. Please stay tuned to this page for regular updates about our team. And, thanks for your support!
