Due to the severe weather warning this evening, we have decided to cancel classes today. We will reopen tomorrow morning 9 AM class.

To all my black belts. Grandmaster Villarreal has suffered a heart attack and is currently in the ICU. I’m asking all of my black belts to please pray for his recovery. Many of you know how much that man means to me and what he has done for martial arts. Please take the time and say a prayer and keep him in your thoughts. Love you all and thank you
