Proud of how our 3 girls competed and handled themselves. They prepared the right way and showed toughness when it mattered. We don’t measure anything off one performance. We learn from it, and then it’s right back to work getting ready for the next one.

We had 11 fighters step in and came out with 7 gold medals. That’s a solid result but results aren’t the standard. The standard is the work that goes in every day, the discipline, the accountability and the attention to detail. Some got gold, some didn’t but every one of them learned what it takes to compete at a higher level. That’s what matters. We’re not focused on where we are right now but we’re focused on where we’re going and what it’s going to take to get there. There’s still a lot to clean up, a lot to improve, and that’s exactly how we want it. We’re building this the right way.

Grateful to have the opportunity to compete in the great city of San Antonio.

The standard is the standard no matter the stage

We had 4 fighters step into the ring, and every one of them got tested. I saw progress. I saw fighters becoming more composed, more confident, and closer to the standard we expect. Great effort and on to the next we go 😎👍

Some of our fighters put in work sparring in Houston, while others out in Giddings. Proud of everyone staying sharp, and gaining experience.
