Pilates Queen of the Day, Judy! Judy hit her 100th class today! Though Judy may be a bit late at times, she is the life of the Pilates class party. She keeps her Saturday morning crew on their toes with her silly insights and jokes. She can turn any exercise into something funny. For example, the infamous "potty plank".

Humor aside, Judy is a hard worker, and her strength has grown since starting at the studio. Looking forward to seeing what she does next!

We had a fun filled day at our 2nd annual Puppies and Pilates event on Saturday! This sweet litter of puppies was full of antics! They played for almost a full 3 hours straight during our classes. We are so thankful to the Austin Humane Society for bringing the puppy love! All of these cuties are currently for adoption if interested!

Pilates Queen of the Day, Shannon! After over a year of hard work, Shannon hit her 100th class today. Shannon has demonstrated such a transformation in her strength and body awareness since starting at the studio. Shannon has a hilarious sense of humor and is a wealth of pop culture knowledge, especially of the 90's variety. She always adds the most interesting facts to class conversations. Pilates Queen of the Day, Kay! Kay's goal for 2026 was to "be a queen." She has already accomplished just that! It has been amazing to see Kay's transformation since she started at the studio. Her posture and strength have improved significantly. Kay always shows up ready to work hard and is so welcoming and encouraging to anyone new to the studio. Pilates King of the Day, Max! Max attended his 200th class yesterday and opted to show his face for this picture. He has been part of the studio community for nearly two years now.
