Get to Know our Players: Superstar Athlete… Ryan Krais Hierholzer🌟
Originally from Pennsylvania, Ryan started playing soccer at the age of 5 but stopped at the age of 16 to pursue track and field. She continued competing in track and field through college at K-State and then as Nike Athlete.
Some of her track accomplishments include:
- Winning the D1 NCAA
Championship in Heptathlon and
also coming in 3rd for the 400m
hurdles that same meet
- In 2011, she was ranked 2nd in
the US for Heptathlon
- Holds the 400m Hurdle record for
K-State
She started playing soccer again at the age of 30, after accomplishing all that she did as a track star 👏🏽
