Evolution Training Hard work pays off!! Only the Strong Survive! We are a group full of determination and heart. We work and sweat hard. Boys and girls of all ages are welcome!

Our focus is to improve and exert an athletes’ talent to full potential. We offer intense weight training along with great conditioning specific for a variety of sports. We offer training for all athletes, Baseball, Volleyball, Football, Powerlifting etc. Our training facility has what it takes to take care of the fundamentals and basics needed to excel in performance on the field or court. We bel

ieve in breaking the barrier of only succeeding in high school and help athletes get to the next level. We have had several of our past members receive scholarships for the collegiate level to Division 1 and Division 2 Universities. If you’re ready for the challenge, come try it out!
