Constantly trying to refine the physique and improve in all areas is the goal in bodybuilding: size, symmetry, condition: all important.
I love this sport because,at its core, it’s a testament to what can be accomplished with consistent effort and determination. Your results are determined primarily by how hard you are willing to work and that’s pretty damn awesome👍🏻 No special treatment, you can’t buy your muscle, you can’t hire someone to build a physique for you: it’s all on you at the end of the day.
I’m thankful every day that I chose this sport and thank God that I am able to get up every day (sometimes a little more sore than I’d like😂) and WORK! The daily grind is what motivates. Getting a little better, no matter
how small an increment it may be, reignites my passion for bodybuilding and fuels that inner fire.
Same weight, one year apart, whole new look. Weight being added, refined, maintained, and now time to add more😁 Lots of trial and error, trying new things, learning my body (that part never stops) and pushing daily to get better. It’s been a great journey so far and I hope to be doing this for the rest of my life.

Same weight. This offseason going great so far. I had A LOT of improvements to make after my competition and I will come in bigger and better next time without a doubt.
This has been a very stressful offseason for me (if you know, you know and if you don’t then you don’t need to) but now I have a bigger driving force to succeed than I ever have before.
