CFRR Athlete of the Month — Clif 💪
Clif is the kind of athlete every coach loves working with.
He's consistent. He's hardworking. He cares about improving, but he also cares about doing things the right way. He doesn't look for shortcuts or quick fixes. He asks questions, pays attention to the details, and trusts the process even when progress takes time.
When asked about a misconception he had about CrossFit, his answer is one we hear all the time. That you need to get in shape before you can start.
"So many people hear about the workouts and immediately think, 'I could never do that.'"But as Clif points out, that's not how this works.
Whether you're already fit, getting back into fitness, or starting from square one, every workout can be adjusted to meet you where you are.
The goal isn't to prove how fit you are today.
The goal is to build the version of yourself you want to become tomorrow.
That's what makes CrossFit different.
Not that everyone does the same workout.
But that everyone has a path forward.
We're grateful for members like Clif who help remind people that progress doesn't belong to the fittest person in the room.
