I want every woman to know that there is help available and being postpartum does NOT have to be a time where you suffer physically or emotionally alone.

When I went to visited my OBGYN last year, I remember asking her, “Hey, how many women do you recommend visit a pelvic floor therapist after birth?”

And she said, “All of them.” 🤯

Granted, I’m speaking anecdotally, but this would have helped me SO long ago.

As a personal trainer, I work with my clients often times when they’re in physical therapy to help them continue getting stronger after their sessions are done.

And here’s the kicker, I help so many women who’s kids ARE older, who still have pelvic floor trouble. 😫

Meaning you won’t just outgrow it.

Sometimes in your fitness journey, you *must* be willing to go backwards to be able to propel forwards. ➡️➡️➡️

We’re just accepting it now and are giving up on our 30’s and 40’s? This makes no sense!

Does muscle loss accelerate as we age? 🧐

It definitely plays a part but you CAN reverse the process, get stronger and build resilient knees & hips in *response* to aging! 💪🏻

You’re not helpless and you’re not hopeless.

You just need the right strength plan to get you started or restarted to get you going.

Every seasoned lifter knows that there’s a time to push and a time to pull back and recover. 😮‍💨

You CANNOT go 10000% all the time. 😫

You’ll head straight to burn out and as a trainer, I don’t want you to burn out. 🥵

I want you to play the long game, not the short game.
