I was a HOTWORX advocate before I was ever an owner, but I never imagined how important it would become during my breast cancer journey.
Through chemotherapy, I did what I couldβ€”even if it was just coming in to sit and sweat. After reconstruction surgery left me with almost no strength, I slowly started rebuilding with Cycle and Blast before working my way back to Bands and Pilates.
Progress is slow, but the benefits are so rewarding. I’m grateful to have HOTWORX as part of my journey and to keep showing up and getting stronger.
This October, during Breast Cancer Awareness Month, I’ll also finish my final immunotherapy treatments. πŸ’—πŸ”₯

If you had told me a few years ago I'd be healthier at 50 than ever before, I wouldn't have believed you.
My doctor recently told me, "You have the healthiest numbers I've ever seen in a 50-year-old," and said I've likely added years to my life. Those words meant everything to me.
This journey has been about so much more than weight loss. After years of pain, inflammation, obesity, and depression, I finally feel AMAZING.
