Found a geo cache. Saw about a million buzzards. Enjoyed an adventure.

Wow! It is cold outside y'all ;)

Got in a quick ride yesterday and the views were amazing. I felt like I was in a car away magical place with all the fall colors. But...it was freaking cooollld!

I also started a workout program and trying to find inspiration in the living room gym....it is going I guess.

How is everyone doing? I am trying to get two rides a week in plus spenga on Fridays. ;) Yesterday made a out 7 miles on my lunch break.

Almost home from first ride off the trail and in the streets. I was sitting at the top of the hill waiting for the light to change....and my damn chainring came off.

Walked that s**t home. 😂 Guess I will be learning how to fix a slipped chain ring today!

First time riding in the rain AND I went on the track 4x. My phone died before the last lap, so actually ride was about 14 miles. ❤️😎
