Anyone go to COTA to ride? Our while family is going this Tuesday night. You have to reserve your tickets on Monday.

COTA Bike Night powered by Ascension Seton online registration is open for September 8th and will close on Monday September 7th at 11:59PM.

Here are a few reminders & updates:
NEW: Start time is 5PM instead of 6PM.
NEW: On-site Check-In opens at 4:15PM. Everyone is required to check-in & get a wristband to enter the track. WEAR A MASK!

ARE MASKS REQUIRED?
Yes, all participants are required by the City of Austin & the State of Texas to wear a mask/face covering when not riding AND when 6 feet of social distance can NOT be maintained and when interacting with individuals not from their own household.
WHEN DO RIDES TAKE PLACE?
NEW START TIME! We hit the track from 5 PM to dusk each Bike Night. After dark, the fun continues with a socially-distant tailgate. Bring your folding chairs!
HOW DO I REGISTER?
Riders should register online prior to the event here. Registration for the event closes the Monday before at 11:59 PM. No on-site registration will be available.
WHAT IF I BOUGHT A SEASON PASS, DO I NEED TO DO ANYTHING?
No! If you purchased a Season Pass, you will be automatically registered each week. All you need to do is show up, Check-In & get your wristband, then go ride!
DO KIDS RIDE FOR FREE?
Children under 11 years old ride for free. You can sign them up on line here. Be sure to sign the online waiver.
ARE HELMETS REQUIRED?
Wearing a helmet is highly encouraged, and all riders must sign a waiver at check-in. Riders age 18 and younger are required to wear a helmet.
WILL YOU STILL HAVE POST-EVENT DRINKS & FOOD?
Yes, beers & food will still be available for purchase, credit & debit cards only-no cash please. Bring your folding chair and enjoy social distancing tailgating (6 feet, please) before and after you ride the track.
WHERE DO I PARK?
Free parking is available in the Paddock. Enter through Lot A and follow the signs to Tunnel 1 & the Paddock.
ARE BIKES AVAILABLE FOR RENT?
Unfortunately, bikes will not be available for rent. Please bring your own bike!
CAN SPECTATORS COME WATCH?
Unfortunately, no. Spectators are not allowed. Riders only during this time, please.
WILL WATER BE AVAILABLE?
Due to COVID-19, there will be no communal water but we will have coolers with water bottles available on the track. We recommend bringing your own water bottle or hydration pack to stay refreshed. We will have water bottles available for purchase.
DO YOU ACCEPT CASH?
No, we will not be accepting cash. Please plan to use credit or debit cards for on-site food and drink.
ARE ELECTRIC BICYCLES ALLOWED?
Yes! Recumbents are too. No roller blades, skateboards, electric skateboards or electric uni-cycles.
WHAT ABOUT INCLEMENT WEATHER?
Bike night is a rain, shine or Texas heat event! The event will go on unless we expect a torrential downpour or a high chance of lightning. We will make any cancellation calls by 4 PM that afternoon. Follow COTA's social media accounts and this page for the most updated information.
ARE THERE VOLUNTEER OPPOTUNTIES?
Yes there are! Volunteer to help at Check-In and get 2 FREE rides! Or you can volunteer to help until it's not busy, then go ride the track! You can signup to volunteer HERE.
