Two years ago, I became a mom. It’s the most incredible thing that has ever happened to me, and that first year was also the most humbling. Nobody tells you how all-consuming it is, or how hard it can be to say “I need help.”

What brought me back to myself was community, and moving my body.

So last year, on his first birthday, we gave one mom a free year of membership here at S2. It meant so much to me that it’s now a tradition. Every year on his birthday, we’ll do it again.

Year two is here. 🤍

Nominate yourself, or a mom you love. New mom, mom of three, mom of teenagers, the mom who’s been running on empty for longer than she’ll admit: this is for all of you.
