APEX Cheerleading took on the Northeast Challenge in Worcester, MA and our athletes showed up STRONG.

🏆 10U — Division Champion

During the weeks of July 6th - July 24th from 9:00am-12:00pm, APEX Cheerleading will host (3) separate Summer Camps dedicated to skill based training, with tumbling and jumps being the primary focus. Each day of camp will be split up accordingly to incorporate front and back tumbling skills, jump drills and flexibility. All skills being trained/performed will be in consideration of the age and skill levels with each camp.

Each camp will vary, based on age and skill levels but there will be comprehensive warm-up prior to skills training and a cool down prior to dismissal for all. In addition, there will be games, contests and various other activities during the week, which will aid in making sure each athlete is getting the proper recovery without overload.

Sample Schedule:
9:00am | Arrival
9:15am | Warm-Up
9:30am | Tumbling
10:15am | Break/Game/Contest
10:30am | Jumps & Flexiblity
11:00am | Tumbling
11:45am | Cool Down
12:00pm | Dismissal

We are so proud of all of our APEX Athletes this past weekend! All of our teams took to the mat to exhibition at the Scottie Showdown in Ballston Spa and then competed at Rally in the Valley in Bennington, VT!

14U 🥇 AND Grand Champions of the Afternoon Session and THE ENTIRE COMPETITION!

16U 🥈

14U & 16U lost (2) athletes last week in which one flyer had to learn the ENTIRE 14U routine in (1) practice. 12U lost (2) athletes Saturday night and had only 20 minutes prior to Sundays competition to rework the routine to accommodate.

We ALWAYS preach that you have to claw your way to the top and once again, we did just that. Thank you to all of the athletes and parents for stepping up when necessary and allowing us to showcase what facing adversity really means.

APEX Cheerleading once again started the season off with a bang 💣. Competing a month earlier than usual, 10U DELTA, 12U ECHO, 14U ALPHA and 16U ROGUE brought the storm we’ve been promising, earning the Best Stunts and Jumps awards all while our 14U ALPHA taking home the Level Champions!

There’s still a lot of work to do and room to grow. Champions can’t afford to relax and be comfortable as there is always someone waiting to take the 👑.

We are SO excited for the 2025-2026 APEX Tryouts! This past season was filled with so many great accomplishments, including our coaches and athletes facing adversity on multiple occasions, only to find ourselves clawing our way back to the top 🥇.

We couldn’t be more proud of everything that APEX has become and we can’t wait to have all of the new athletes join us to help repeat our successes and conquer even more!

Registration will be over on May 25th, closing out the May 30th & 31st Tryouts, so…

APEX will be flying ✈️ home with (2) Division Champion Rings, Banners and the GRAND CHAMPION Belt, Banner and Jackets! Early morning rain delays, the hot sun and breeze didn’t stop APEX from performing (2) of their BEST Performances to date, both on the last day at Finals.

To say we’re proud would be an understatement. With ONLY TWO MONTHS to practice, it’s a testament to both the ATHLETES and COACHES to prepare and deliver performances worth traveling down to Myrtle Beach for.

We started the season on top, winning 🥇 and GRAND CHAMPIONS and with a few mishaps along the way, we ended our season right where we started, ON TOP.

Winning requires payment in advance through WORK. In order to stay at the top, you need to pay everyday because you don’t own the top, you rent it and the rent is ALWAYS DUE.

Our 12U ECHO and 14U ALPHA ✈️ will be landing shortly in Myrtle Beach to compete in the Global National Championships 🏖️! Both teams will compete Friday and Saturday, with the top (3) teams from each division both days making it to the finals on Sunday.

We clawed our way to the top this season and we’re going to stay there because no matter what state we’re in or what time it is, it’s ALWAYS “ME o’CLOCK”.
