Start of the week kicked off with a cardio based workout leveraging a football to bring excitement to the running with some passing and handoff drills mixed with typical bodyweight and coupon exercises. Followed up with a 🏃‍♂️ 🏃‍♂️ through the neighborhood.

Took the full 30 minutes. 2-Stroke then reminded us coffee doesn’t open until 0630, so we did some mary to kill time.

Happy Thanksgiving, men! Enjoy your families today. Today I was thinking about why we show up in the gloom. We show up for ourselves, to sharpen our minds, make our bodies strong and encourage each other. But the strength we build in the gloom it doesn't stay in the gloom. It goes home with us where we can use it to be stronger fathers, husbands, bosses, co-workers, neighbors, friends, leaders in all of life. Hope you are able to spend time with loved ones somewhere today; if not, reach out to one of your brothers here to do that. If you know someone who's alone today, reach and tell them how you love em. Thankful for every one of you and what you bring to Kodiak!

🇺🇸 9/11 Stair Climb at the U.S. Capital 🇺🇸

This morning, PAX from across the region gathered in the heart of D.C. to honor the nearly 3,000 lives lost on September 11, 2001. Together we ran the Lincoln Memorial steps, pausing for readings along the timeline of that day — from the first plane taking off, to striking the North Tower, to the collapse of the towers and the heroes of Flight 93.

The sweat and heart-pounding on the steps were small reminders of the sacrifice, courage, and resilience shown by so many 23 years ago.
