offers a wide variety of exciting activities combined with a strong emphasis on the spiritual health and welfare of each camper. Set and designed to remove the camper from his normal environment and lifestyle, the camp seeks to offer the camper a unique opportunity to experience God's creation, hear from godly speakers, study personal devotions, interact with genuine Christians, meet new friends,

develop physical skills, mature social skills, conquer new challenges, and make spiritual commitments. Some of the specific activities offered are: canoeing, kayaking, swimming, camping, hiking, horseback riding, go carting, archery, riflery, crafts, boating, tubing, tetherball, big ball, volleyball, basketball, flag football, croquet, bocce ball, badminton, waterslide, paintball, frisbee, ai***ft wars, zipline, miniature golf, pool, fooseball, carpetbowl, ping pong, air hockey, sledding, skiing, snowmobiling, animal husbandry and bicycling. The camp is an extension ministry of the First Baptist Church of Roulette. Carefully screened workers are drawn from there, surrounding churches and Christian colleges. The camp currently runs four weeks in the summer with some weekend retreats. We plan to run six to eight weeks in the summer with multiple two and three day retreats throughout the year.

Summer camp is over. Now what‽

Glad you asked!

While we do offer many weeks of summer camp we also offer retreats and family events throughout the year.

Looking ahead this fall we have many opportunities for you to be involved and attend GAC.

September 12th - Young At Heart

September 19th - Dinner Trail Ride

October 3rd - Harvest Celebration

November 13th-14th - Ladies’ Retreat

The two-fold mission statement of God's Adventure Camp is to

1. To provide an atmosphere and opportunity to introduce young people to Jesus Christ;
2. Take them from where they are spiritually and move them forward.

Obviously one way to "move them forward spiritually" is discipling them year after year as they return to camp.

But what happens to them during those 10-11 months they aren't at camp?

Often the children we reach in our summer camp program attend public schools that directly contradict Scriptures. Government funded schools often teach LGBTQ+, Pro-choice, socialism, and other things. Children that are new in their faith are left to defend their faith to progressive teachers. Or at the very least - are teased or ostracized when they stand out from the crowd.

For the last 8 years there has been an alternative to government schools in our area. Potter County Christian School in Roulette offers Bible based curriculum. It is our firm belief that the Bible is the source of all knowledge and truth. Using the ACE program PCCS teaches doctrinal truths to the local youth.

The second part of our mission statement? Those 10-11 months the campers aren't sitting under cabin devotions and daily chapel meetings?

Well Christian education can certainly be a tool used by God to "Take them from where they are spiritually and move them forward."

We are very blessed to have 3 of our staff members also be heavily involved in our local Christian school, where we continue to disciple campers in every day scenarios.
