Technique Tuesday 🚀

If you want to get faster, you need to build your acceleration the right way—not just run harder.

We coach linear speed in a specific order of operations 👇

Start top-down:
➡️ Lean falls to feel the right forward angle
➡️ Marches & skips to build control in that position

Then progress bottom-up:
➡️ Split stances
➡️ 2-point starts
➡️ 3-point starts to create that same powerful lean under pressure

Why does this matter?

Most athletes try to force positions they’ve never learned to feel.

Athletes need to be taught how to own the position first… then produce it on command.

That’s how real speed is built.
