Here is the workout of the day for your young wrestler :
Part 1}
12 min AMRAP
(As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes)
1 wall walk
2 push up
4 plank jacks
8 mountain climbers
16 jump rope (or jumping jacks if you don't have one)
-2 min rest-
Part 2}
4 min low plank challenge.
Every time you have to break, do a burpee.
