Join us for a transformative Art Meditation Workshop designed to awaken your imagination, and calm your mind.
Through a brief guided meditation, and the use of intuitive artistic expression, you’ll reconnect with yourself in a supportive and inspiring environment — no artistic experience needed.
What this workshop offers...
Meditation to ground & guide you to set a personal intention and help spark insightful creativity.
Creative Art Exploration through intuitive & introspective Collage. Your collage will incorporate one personal item. Items like photos, memorabilia, old jewelry, shells or anything meaningful to you. We will also hand write the intentions we set during our Meditation. This will be added abstractly to your collage.
Reflection will happen naturally as you focus on your personal item and letter, you’ll spontaneously incorporate these into your art.
Creativity soothes the soul while promoting a higher form of Relaxation, Connection & Inner Peace.
