There are no right or wrong foods...
I have clients that are losing 10, 15, 20, 30lbs and more while they still eat cake, carbs, and drink wine.
There’s no magic formula, a combination of foods, or special foods that directly cause fat loss.
One doughnut never made anyone fat...🍩
One salad never made anyone slim...🥗
You can eat and drink EVERYTHING and lose weight.🤯
BUT, there are no free foods!
