DEKA STRONG was a huge success!!!

Many firsts , many Personal bests, and our community is the best!! We welcome all, and I’m so proud of everyone!!!

✅ That was the best event yet!! Our culture stands out to many and I thank each member for that!! Because of you, FIT LIFEstyle is different!! Every person who walks in comments on our culture!! Thank you!! 😊

DEKA World leaderboard time finishers today: ⭐️(leaderboard will be updated 1-2 weeks ) FIT LIFEstyle members

⭐️We had 2 youth age group world leaderboard top 5 finishes

⭐️Too many female teams to track, all in top 30 finishes!! We have the strongest female teams in the world. Some gyms may have 1-2 but we have more🔑 you guys are the best!!

RUCK top 10 finisher

🔥Many first time finishers that when they walked in the door would Never have been able to do what they did today, testing is about confidence, empowerment and this is where you realize what you can do!! No limits.

Coaching Tip: Our bodies adapt to doing nothing: with weakness and depression. They also adapt to resistance: with health, strength and Confidence.

I wish sometimes you guys could see what I see⭐️ Keep going!! Hard work is rewarded!

⭐️Reps with out great form lead to injury.

🔑Reps without a Coach, usually end up ⬇️
1. Missing your opportunity for change, changes are in the reps that we do when “it starts getting impossible!” These are the ones we can’t do on our own. (Every elite athlete has a coach for these reasons!!)
2. Leading to form breaks, our bodies follow the path of least resistance, Coaching helps us fix this, before injuries.

This Saturday we are hosting a DEKA STRONG. (No Saturday workouts) Come support your gym, come volunteer and or watch!! This is for YOU!! All members, when you trust the process you level up!! Sitting on the sidelines is better than a NO SHOW, BUT, it’s an event for you.

Come step out of your comfort zone and see what your made of!! We have your back, every rep!!

Coaching Tip: I will never ask you to do anything you can’t do , BUT I will ask you to do HARD things. Hard things is exactly where you grow: strength, confidence, and you realize your not alone.

Strong legs = increased HEALTH! Did you know this? It’s a fact⭐️ we do not walk around and get up front the floor with our arms, we do not climb steps or get off the toilet , with our arms!!

Coaching Tip: you cannot be healthy without strong legs, it’s one of the essential components for longevity and vitality! ➡️ No supplement or walking routine builds strong legs!!
What does ⭐️
1. Correct form
2. Consistency
3. Proper Weight training , to avoid injuries it’s best to have an experienced coach. I would advise one who is healthy and has strong legs 🔥

🔑Some people are strong, and can’t touch their toes or jog a mile , some are weak BUT have great mobility and can run a marathon (muscular strength and endurance are not the same) !!

***Strength is a measure of being Healthy (body composition), mobility and functional fitness!! Leaving one out , means you have missed the boat!!! No expert argues this!! ✅Appreciate what your legs can do, the look, that will follow your habits.
