A full circle moment for Coach Kaitlyn as she welcomes her lifelong coach, Andy to her program! Coach Andy has been coaching cheer/tumbling for 28+ yrs. His leadership and experience has lead him to coach in several states and in several areas. He worked at/managed gyms in Chattanooga before moving to FL to be Tumble Director at Cheer Athletics. He has coached every level and age group and brings so much value to our team! His hands-on approach and talent for technical work make him an integral part of our program. Andy is excited to be back in TN to bring even more knowledge and experience to his athletes and join the Crush fam!

Dan Szweda has been part of the cheerleading industry for more than 30 years, beginning with his time cheering for the University of Wisconsin. Throughout his coaching career, Dan has helped lead athletes and teams to some of the sport’s highest levels of success, including 20+ Cheersport wins, 7 NCA Allstar Championships, a D1 Summit Championship, and a Worlds Bronze Medal, along with numerous Top 3 finishes throughout his career. Dan is passionate about developing strong, confident athletes through proper technique, discipline, and hard work. He specializes in advanced tumbling skills and enjoys working with athletes of all ages and ability levels. His coaching philosophy centers around his personal motto, “Skills Through Strength,” emphasizing the importance of building a solid technical foundation for long-term success. Outside of the gym, Dan loves Jesus, his family, working out, and sharing his passion for cheerleading and tumbling with others.

Bri Andrews 🤍 Coach Bri is heading into her SIXTH season of coaching, bringing so much passion, knowledge, and energy to every practice! A former high school and allstar cheerleader, she loves helping athletes build strong fundamentals while making every kid feel confident, special, and seen. Bri not only coaches cheer, but she also works as a Neonatal/Pediatric Transport Respiratory Therapist at our local children’s hospital. This year Bri is excited to step into a new role as a WIFE, her and her fiancé Nick are getting married this December! Together they are proud dog parents of their cute pup, Carl. Bri is famous for making up personal handshakes with her athletes for extra encouragement and fun! Coach Bri brings the perfect mix of fun, encouragement, and skill to the gym, and we are so excited for another amazing season with her!
