Ladies, would you want to know if your tights can be seen through? Skin texture, color of thongs, dents, dimples and blemishes?

As a fitness instructor, I’ve seen some sights. Make mention to many, yet kept it moving other times.

Here’s a quick way to check at home: In a well-lit room (because most gyms have bright lighting) perform a “child's pose” and have ya boo, daughter, cat, ANYBODY, look at you from behind. I promise you, all tights ARE NOT the same. 🫣
