Kwon’s Wellness is an expansion of a family tradition that was begun 25 years ago to improve fitness and confidence. We are an alliance of health care professionals whose purpose is to promote one’s health and overall function. Our staff members have expertise in martial arts, physical therapy, chiropractic medicine and fitness. Our goal is to be able to assist individuals of all ages and in all phases of their fitness journey to perform at their fullest potential.

📣 ROSLYN OPEN ENROLLMENT
We are currently accepting new students from age 3 through 2nd grade. We intentionally limit enrollment to protect our class sizes, so come try us while space is available!

🥋 MAKE-UP CLASSES

Main Floor make-ups can be registered for online.

🎒 KWON’S DAY CAMPS

When local schools are closed, we’ll do our best to offer camps from 9:00 AM–1:00 PM for ages 5 through 3rd grade. Four-year-olds may attend with an older sibling.

We are proud to share that Kwon’s Wellness has now grown to more than 520 students.

This growth did not happen by accident. It came through careful preregistration, organized planning, dedicated teaching, and the trust of our families.

I am especially grateful to our entire team and to Master Eric, who has worked extremely hard behind the scenes to manage our administration and ensure that we do not overbook our classes. He is like the Tim Cook of our studio—meticulous, precise, and always thinking ahead.

Thank you to our parents for preregistering, communicating with us, referring new families, and trusting us with your children’s growth. Because of your support, we were prepared as our returning students came back and many new students joined us.

Now, our focus is not simply becoming bigger. Our focus is becoming better.

We will protect our class sizes, keep our entry-level classes open where space allows, and focus our school-season enrollment on younger beginners. Enrollment for older students at Roslyn will now be based on limited availability.

Most importantly, we can focus our energy on teaching high-quality classes and helping every student become stronger, more disciplined, and more confident—one class and one kick at a time.

Got your attention?

For a 3–6 year old, a scary environment that tears down courage and self-esteem is the last thing we want.

At Kwon’s, we don’t think of discipline as controlling a child. We redirect behavior and teach self-discipline. 🥋

🌱 Reinforce the behaviors we want to see
👏 Recognize effort and good choices
🧭 Redirect mistakes calmly and clearly
💪 Give children opportunities to try again

We can have structure, expectations and respect without fear.

Our goal isn’t a child who behaves because an instructor is scary. It’s a child who gradually learns:

“I can control myself. I can make a better choice. I can try again.”

That’s the kind of discipline that builds courage, confidence and independence.
