Syosset Flag Football is getting ready to kick off the Fall 2026 season, and this year we’re starting it with something special.

🏈 Our FIRST Elevate Flag Football Clinic will take place as part of Opening Day!

The coaches from Elevate Flag Football will be working directly with our players on the skills that make a difference on the field:

✅ Flag pulling & defense
✅ Agility & footwork
✅ Game IQ & play recognition
✅ Competition, confidence & having fun

Every great player starts with the right foundation.

Syosset Flag Football is proud to partner with Elevate Flag Football for our new Boys Pre-K Division, giving our youngest players the opportunity to learn the game the right way from the very beginning.

Who is Elevate Flag Football?

Elevate is a Long Island-based flag football training organization led by experienced educators, varsity coaches, and championship-winning coaches who understand both the game and how to teach young athletes.

Why did we choose Elevate?

We wanted more than instructors who simply know football. We wanted coaches who understand how to teach children, communicate clearly, build confidence, and create a positive experience.

Elevate’s approach matches everything we want for our players: proper fundamentals, teamwork, character, confidence, and a fun, high-energy environment where every child feels included and supported.

Our Pre-K players will work on:

Throwing, catching, and handoff fundamentals
Safe, age-appropriate movement drills
Flag pulling and basic defense
Teamwork, listening, and sportsmanship
Confidence through positive coaching
Fun skill stations and guided game play

At this age, it is not about complicated plays or winning at all costs. It is about learning good habits, developing confidence, making friends, and building a love of football that can last for years.
