We came. We lifted. We gobbled. 🦃

29 teams rolled in from all over Houston and absolutely crushed it.

From the first heat to the last high-five — from the last-minute folks who jumped in to keep teams competing, to everyone cheering each other on all day — it was the best reminder of what CrossFit’s really about: showing up, working hard, and having a good time with good people.

Massive thanks to every athlete, judge, vendor, volunteer, and hype squad who came out to spend this day with us. 🧡
