Nor Cal Self-Defense

Nor Cal Self-Defense Nor Cal Self-Defense wants to prepare you to live ready, not afraid. Self-Defense is not about black belts and techniques.

It is about preparing yourself mentally, physically and emotionally for anything life throws your way. This course is designed to teach anyone-- women, men, children, all ages. Everyone you love needs the confidence and skills to protect themselves and fight for their lives. Learn to protect yourself through:

· Hands-on drills and scenarios
· Understanding what makes you a target
· Usin

g your body’s natural reactions as tools
· Detecting danger, diffusing when possible and defending
only when necessary. Nor Cal Self-Defense offers customized courses for teens, kids, women and men as well as private training. Group classes are held at CrossFit Anywhere in Folsom, CA and at a variety of locations in the Northern California. Nor Cal Self-Defense is based on Tony Blauer's SPEAR System and Blauer Tactical System's research in to the body's innate and ingrained personal defense and survival system. Lead instructor Rick Randolph is a full-time police officer and defensive tactics instructor. He is a Blauer Tactical Systems S.P.E.A.R. law enforcement and military trainer as well as a Personal Defense Readiness coach. He is a retired professional MMA fighter and multiple belt holder. Rick is also a CrossFit and CrossFit Kids coach.

Kids courses ages (6-13) are $75 for the first child in a household and $50 for each additional child from the same household. Classes require a minimum of seven children.
