Plan now to join us at our Galt location for the next Anthem Free Community Health Fair. Local, national and government program resources can help you discover how to max your benefit. The goal is to assist families to become healthier, smarter and safer together. Mark July 25 with resources, fun and more beginning at 10am. RTKD Black Belts will conduct a basic self defense and safety awareness clinic. Outforce Staffing was at Watt Ave and sponsored free dental checkups for those attending.

Taking time to rest and reflect on a wonderful week, especially the 23rd Sac Invite last Saturday in Roseville. 325 competitors, more than a dozen regional schools competing together and everyone cheering for all. I also am proud to share this news about one of them. Congratulations to my long time friend GM William Kim and his wife Yolanda being selected as Marshalls for the 4th of July Parade in Vallejo, CA.

If you have enthusiasm you can do almost anything with a little help! The 23rd Annual Sac Invite brings schools together to showcase their skills, shared training and enthusiasm for TKD, especially the school demo teams. I YA TKD and Vue's TKD battled it out on the mat and Master Clinton S Robinson used a digital noise meter to determine the winner after two outstanding demo team performances in the competition. Today becomes the future every time we wake up and look forward to tomorrow! I was honored to introduce Martin Ross, a former student who is now a leader in our community with Health Education Council and a candidate for office in the Los Rios District. He was one among many former students, now lifelong friends, at the 23rd Annual Sac Invite last weekend in Roseville. A packed house, action, excitement and a common belief in becoming better today to be successful tomorrow thru Taekwondo training. This is our 23rd showcase known as the Sac Invite welcoming all students to join us in celebrating hard work, accomplishment, skills and shared goals in TKD.
