Man, are we gonna miss this guy! George, the far better looking guy on the right is hopping on a plane to set up home in Hawaii. George has been a staple in our gym for 9 years and 7am won’t be the same without him. He and his wife will continue to bounce across the pond from time to time, but we’ll miss him regardless.

First time at USA Powerlifting Nationals and Kathryn got 2nd place! She left it on the platform and still had more in the tank! Kathryn epitomized fortitude and positivity throughout her training. As her coach, I couldn’t be more proud! Congratulations Kathryn!!!

It’s been a while since we have posted. But that’s goona change! Today took 1st place at the Absolute Flex Appeal Spring Fling Powerlifting event in her age and weight class! It’s been 3 years since her last powerlifting meet and she did not disappoint! She set new lift PR’s in the back squat at 268lb and the deadlift at 319lb. Super proud of this lady! Her work ethic and consistency have paid off yet again. BTW, Kathryn is 62 years old and had the second highest total of all the women lifters!
