I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to each and every one of you for your unwavering support throughout the years. It's because of your incredible dedication and passion that we have become the amazing community that we are today.

The votes are in, and you voted No Quit Fit “BEST”Alternative Fitness class in Minnesota in this year’s Star Tribunes annual search for Minnesota’s Best. What an honor, first to be nominated by customers, friends, neighbors(special thanks to whoever did) and second to be named Minnesota’s Best. I’m proud and honored to be chosen and want to thank you all because I would not have won, nor been a successful business all these years without all of you, the best, most supportive community of complete badasses who live a life doing cool s**t and adventuring worldwide.

I’m very excited to announce No Quit Fit will be hosting a workshop at my house on August 27th at 1pm and will last about 4 hours. This training and guidance will be provided by Minnesotas only certified Wim Hof instructor, who additionally serves in the Army as a Lt. Colonel and teaches classes at West Point durning the summer. Space is limited to the first 20 people who sign up. No Quit Fit will cover over half the cost, so you pay only $30. Don’t miss the amazing and unique opportunity to add additional environmental conditioning tools to help renew our lost evolutionary strength.

Make sure to wear your favorite team apparel this Saturday for our Super Bowl Saturday WOD. This team event is always a crowd pleaser. Not a Chief or Eagle fan? Yeah me either 😂 makes no difference if your team had a good year or a bad year let’s end the football season with some belly laughs and a whole lot of sweat equity.
