I still have space in my four-week Trauma-Savvy Coach Approach class that begins next Tuesday, May 5 (3–4:50pm CT). This will be a small cohort, with lots of time for deep topic discussions.

While focused upon the core competencies demonstrated by coaches who work ethically with trauma survivors, this class is also helpful for therapists, clergy and other professionals to better understand how coaching can support clients healing from addiction, abuse and/or partner betrayal.

Please note this is separate from APSATS Consultation Supervision and ICF Mentor Coaching.

MONTHLY INVITE: I’ve currently got space in one of my favorite support groups, "DREAMGIRLS: Designing Our New Lives.” It’s an ongoing, open-topic support group exclusively for survivors of betrayal-related separation and divorce.

Two group sessions each week:

Tuesday 12–1:30pm CT
Thursday 7–8:30pm CT

The full monthly cost is $200. However, because I know many women who need this group CAN'T afford the full group fees, I’m honored to offer a "pay what you can" option for those who could not participate otherwise.

4-Month Topical Support Group for Betrayal-Related Divorce Support!

Avenue D is a 4-month, topic-based coaching support group, created to provide a safe and validating environment for female survivors of betrayal-related separation or divorce. Unlike other programs that concurrently support ALL women wounded by s*xual betrayal, regardless of their relationship status, this group will focus EXCLUSIVELY on the needs of divorced, divorcing or permanently separated women—the unique challenges involved in the process of dissolving an intimate partnership, combined with new aspects of living independently beyond that relationship with a s*xually deceptive loved one.

Cost = $1200 for twelve 2-hour sessions. Pay in full by February 24, 2026 and save $100

BELLA: BRAVE ENOUGH TO LIVE AND LOVE AGAIN. A Six-Week Support Group for Post-Divorce Dating. Every Tuesday, March 10–April 14, 2026 @ 5pm CT

Let’s face it: it takes a special kind of courage to brave new love after s*xual and relationship betrayal. BELLA is a weekly online coaching group, designed to support women in ALL stages of movement toward future romance. Together, we co-create a profoundly consent-based environment, one that’s (a) autonomous, (b) empowering and (c) tenderly growth oriented. Each participant sets her own goals related to s*x, dating and new relationships, with affirmation and accountability for taking meaningful steps toward those goals.

Winter Schedule = March 10, 17, 24 and 31, plus April 7 and 14, 2026. Tuesdays, 5–7pm Central Time (or your local equivalent).

As we move into December, I’m once again honored to share a set of reflection questions I wrote originally in 2018 for my annual “I’ll Be Home Alone For Christmas” support groups.

I’ve titled these reflections, “Ghosts and Gifts of Christmas Past,” and they’ve evolved to serve as meaningful discussion themes for ALL of my clients (men, women, individuals, couples and groups) during these past several years.

Though originally written for women surviving betrayal-related separation and/or divorce, these prompts also adapt quite easily for human beings in other gender and relationship configurations.

FREE Holiday Support for Survivors of Betrayal-Related Separation and Divorce (2025)

Once again this year, I’ll be volunteering my time on Tuesday, December 23, offering 2 FREE online group support sessions for women who are divorced, divorcing and/or separated in the aftermath of s*xual betrayal.

Historically, I’ve called these free group sessions “I’ll Be Home (Alone) for Christmas.” With help from APSATS candidate Lori Shelley, we’ll be offering this group with two different session start times, to accommodate women across multiple time zones as much as possible. Each session will be an intimate, interactive, holiday themed sharing environment, designed to offer each participant an opportunity to connect with others who are facing similar trauma.

Despite our reference to “Christmas,” these groups are intentionally non-religious, with a warm welcome to women from any religious tradition or spiritual orientation.
