If I wanted to lose 10 lbs in the next 3 months, I wouldn’t chase detoxes, fat burners, or extreme diets.

I would focus on these 3 things that actually work:

🏋🏻‍♀️ Weight training
Strength training helps preserve muscle while losing fat and keeps your metabolism healthy.

🍳Calorie deficit
Fat loss requires a calorie deficit. The key is keeping it small and sustainable so you can stick to it.

😊Consistency + accountability
Results don’t come from doing it perfectly for one week. They come from showing up for months. Having a coach or someone to keep you accountable makes a huge difference.

10 years ago vs today.
Most people chase the body they had in their 20s—but I have no desire to go back. Because this version of me? She’s stronger, healthier, and more empowered than ever.

In my 20s, I partied a lot, drank too much, ate whatever, and never touched a weight. I might’ve looked “slim,” but I didn’t feel strong. I didn’t feel alive in my body the way I do now.

Now, I fuel my body with intention. I move with purpose. I train not to shrink, but to build—confidence, energy, and muscle.

And I love the way I look even more now, not because of a number on the scale…
But because I earned this version of me.

And the best part? I’m just getting started.

I imagine who I’ll be 10 years from now—what she’s capable of, how strong she feels, and how proud she is that I started today.
