Taekwondo Tigers Class - ages 2 and up. Parent participation required. Typical class: sit in a circle to welcome all friends and go over todays class, warm up exercise/game, Life Skill Lesson (current topic is Fitness & Nutrition), Taekwondo skills, and finish with a homework assignment.
