It’s been a while👀
I’d just quickly like to share something!
I stayed active & ate healthy for almost my entire 2nd pregnancy!
I wouldn’t change a thing, it helped me immensely for my energy, mentally & physically it kept me healthy!! 🏃🏻♀️❤️
I am a month post partum and my body is showing me the work I’ve done, the maintenance.
I kept my muscle mass percentage almost the same as pre pregnancy, and actually my muscle mass had gone up during pregnancy 🥰
Even though I am losing weight, my fat percentage is at 30% now instead of 18-20%!!! I am very happy & satisfied for now but changes are to come
I’m so excited to have started my walks now and soon I will be back at the gym and back to training people! But first , watch me transform my body once again! 🪄💪🏼 not to be skinny but to be strong & healthy and able for my kids .
