$21.00 per hour Direct Support Professional.
We have one 39 hour a week position:
Monday through Thursday 7:45 am to 4:15 pm
Friday 8 am to 1 pm
We have three part-time positions:
23 hours a week:
Friday 9 am to 5 pm
Saturday 9 am to 5 pm
Sunday 9 am to 4 pm
20 hours a week:
Tuesday 7:45 am to 1:30 pm
Wednesday 7:45 am to 4:15 pm
Thursday 7:45 am to 1:30 pm
20 hours a week:
Wednesday 2 pm to 9 pm
Friday 2 pm to 9 pm
Saturday 3 pm to 9 pm
Douglas Resident Training Facilities is looking for responsible, caring, and compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join our team. We would like someone who is kind, caring, patient, highly dependable and compassionate but also maintains a level of professionalism and cleanliness and has a passion for helping those with physical and/or mental disabilities live a more fulfilled and happy life. Working with our clients, in group home settings, you will tend to them accordingly with the goal of fostering a positive, encouraging environment. Enrich the lives of our clients, and build skills by assisting with daily life skills, fostering social skills, help navigate and engage in their community, and activities such as going to the movies, fishing, concerts, bowling, etc.
You must be able to pass UA and a criminal background check.
Both are provided by the company.
You must be 18 years of age or older.
You must have a high school diploma/GED.
Have an Oregon driver's license with a good driving record.
Starting pay $21.00 per hour. No experience necessary and company paid training!
