Join Thrive Umpqua and Umpqua Valley Tennis Center for a Saturday of family fun as part of the Community Well-Being Challenge! Play pickleball and tennis at the new outdoor courts - FREE of charge - from 10am-1pm on Saturday, June 20th.

Loaner equipment and instruction provided. All ages are welcome and no experience necessary. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Get moving, improve your game, and have fun this season with our adult tennis classes at the Umpqua Valley Tennis Center. Classes are offered on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Cardio Tennis

A high-energy group workout that combines tennis drills, movement, and music to keep you active and engaged. No match pressure, no scorekeeping—just a fun way to improve fitness and your tennis skills.

Intermediate & Advanced Cardio Tennis
Tuesday: 6:00–7:30 PM
Thursday: 6:30–8:00 PM
Members: $10 per class
Non-Members: $15 per class
Beginner Cardio Tennis
Thursday: 5:30–6:30 PM
Bump Tennis

A fast-paced, social format where players compete to move up the courts. Win points to advance, challenge new opponents, and work your way toward the top court.

Intermediate & Advanced Bump Tennis
Wednesday: 6:00–7:30 PM
Members: $7 per class
Non-Members: $11 per class

Whether you're new to the game or a seasoned player looking for a great workout, these classes are designed to help you improve while having fun.
