It all started with a Fitmas Challenge!
This beautiful human, Traci Kreitzmann, decided that diet Mountain Dew was no longer serving her goals. She was consuming 8-12 cans, daily!
She thought it was diet, so it was fine🙈
The very last day of this challege, she had her last diet Mountain Dew and has not had one since👊🏻
That was the beginning of her weight loss journey. She continued to strength train 3 days per week, prioritized protein intake, minded her macros, and walked daily.
This is what sustainable weight loss looks like! Eating whole foods, including protein, carbohydrates, and healthy fats.
No magic pills, no crazy diets that eliminate food groups, and no under-eating.
