UPPER BODY WORKOUT ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ’ช

This is a complete upper body workout! That will hit most of the major muscles in your upper body.

All you need is a pair of dumbbells!

Recommendation:

-Men 20lbs

-Women 10lbs

-Beginners 5lbs

THE WORKOUT:

โšซ๏ธ- 30 seconds of each exercise. 15-30 seconds rest in between exercises.

๐Ÿ”ด- Complete 3-5 rounds. 1-2 minutes rest in between rounds.

๐Ÿ”ฅ-Lateral Raises

๐Ÿ’ช-Back Rows to Back Flies

The Workout:

-30 Seconds each exercise. 0-15 seconds rest between each exercise.

-Complete 3 - 5 Rounds. Rest for 1-2 minutes in between rounds.

2๏ธโƒฃ- High Knees
3๏ธโƒฃ- Russian Twist
4๏ธโƒฃ- Shoulder Tap Push-ups
5๏ธโƒฃ- Power Jacks
6๏ธโƒฃ- Spider-Man Push-ups
